Founder and President Jerry Joynt brings more than 28 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry. Jerry began his career as a technician, spending years in the field working directly on equipment and alongside the customers who depend on it every day. From there, his career progressed through equipment sales, national account management, product support leadership, and ultimately executive sales leadership.
That experience created a unique understanding of the equipment business from every angle — from what happens in the shop and on the jobsite to what customers expect from their salesperson, parts department, service team, and equipment dealer.
